ASIDE FROM HER PSIONIC ENERGY POWERS, which include gifts like:

✖︎ Telekinesis (powerful enough to destroy vibranium, e.g. Ultron’s body, and mending matter at the molecular level, e.g. healing Vision in battle)

✖︎ Flight via psionic energy propulsion from her hands

Wanda’s experience with the Mind Stone also awakened latent psychic abilities she may have been born with but might otherwise have never fully realized. These can primarily be summarized as telepathy and mental manipulation — strong enough to incapacitate the minds of gods, like Thor. Despite the player’s preference to make things difficult for her (and to not intrude on other players), these are the two main gifts that have the propensity to tread awkwardly on the lines of consent. Hence, a permissions form!

T E L E P A T H Y Wanda has the power to read thoughts and sense emotions, both superficial and deeply guarded — so deeply, at times, the memories may exist in recesses of the mind that even the owner is not fully cognizant of. Along with this ability, and particularly with those who are open to it, she is able to communicate with her thoughts, alone, and hold conversations thusly with a partner. M E N T A L    M A N I P U L A T I O N Against those she deems an enemy, or at least against whom she must defend herself, Wanda has the capacity (albeit a lesser inclination, of late) to manipulate the minds of others. She can cast a powerful hypnosis to incapacitate her opponent; along with this ability, besides compelling said opponent to behave as she designs, she can manipulate their greatest fears and trap them there. Wanda can also use these powers for good, to soothe rough emotions and anxiety, and to combat mental manipulation from another source.

CHARACTER NAME: Daylight vis Lornlit.

May Wanda read your character’s thoughts/surface emotions? Yes!
IF YES; In terms of what can be found - Daylight is usually bubbly and happy individual. He's genuinely optimistic and friendly as he presents himself to be with others. Sometimes gawky and awkward but his heart is in the right place. Now and then there'll be a spike or an undercurrent of anxiety and fear, mostly stemming from the fact he's dead. That and the fact he feels like he failed his friends. Not only for being fooled by someone he thought he could trust despite their misgivings but because he's doesn't know if taking the shot really saved them or not.

If Wanda asks how Daylight died or is around when a situation causes him to remember it, Wanda will first feel fear and pain as the strongest emotions. Followed by a sense of betrayal and guilt, and something akin to anger but that's a distant, distant fifth. Daylight will attempt to brush these feelings aside with his usual cheer but there'll be a fake quality to it now until he's calmed down.

Can Wanda mentally manipulate your character? Yes!

Willing to develop CR plotting around shared thoughts in future? Yes!
Further description; Daylight and Wanda should meet up and do stuff together...! I think Daylight would be fascinated by Wanda's abilities and want to ask about it (if she's alright with that...!) He would also apologise if he's 'too loud' around her since his friends have said he has a bad habit of being very verbal with his feelings.

Further notes if applicable: Daylight has something known as an EM Field in his universe. Basically, a series of frequencies that a Galateion broadcasts. It comes in what can be described as 'waves' and can only be picked up by robots and mechanoids since this broadcasts the feelings/more complex thoughts of a Galateion.

I thought I'll link it to you since the way the emotions describe will be what Wanda will most likely pick up from Daylight. So I have something in my tag that's described as emotion-emotion-complex thought, consider this a blanket permission for Wanda to sense it!
