ASIDE FROM HER PSIONIC ENERGY POWERS, which include gifts like:

✖︎ Generating psionic energy shields
✖︎ Generating psionic energy blasts
✖︎ Telekinesis (powerful enough to destroy vibranium, e.g. Ultron’s body, and mending matter at the molecular level, e.g. healing Vision in battle)
✖︎ Hex magic/chaos magic/reality & probability disturbance
✖︎ Flight via psionic energy propulsion from her hands

Wanda’s experience with the Mind Stone also awakened latent psychic abilities she may have been born with but might otherwise have never fully realized. These can primarily be summarized as telepathy and mental manipulation — strong enough to incapacitate the minds of gods, like Thor. Despite the player’s preference to make things difficult for her (and to not intrude on other players), these are the two main gifts that have the propensity to tread awkwardly on the lines of consent. Hence, a permissions form!

T E L E P A T H Y Wanda has the power to read thoughts and sense emotions, both superficial and deeply guarded — so deeply, at times, the memories may exist in recesses of the mind that even the owner is not fully cognizant of. Along with this ability, and particularly with those who are open to it, she is able to communicate with her thoughts, alone, and hold conversations thusly with a partner. M E N T A L    M A N I P U L A T I O N Against those she deems an enemy, or at least against whom she must defend herself, Wanda has the capacity (albeit a lesser inclination, of late) to manipulate the minds of others. She can cast a powerful hypnosis to incapacitate her opponent; along with this ability, besides compelling said opponent to behave as she designs, she can manipulate their greatest fears and trap them there. Wanda can also use these powers for good, to soothe rough emotions and anxiety, and to combat mental manipulation from another source.

CHARACTER NAME: Tony Stark
SERIES: MCU

May Wanda read your character’s thoughts/surface emotions? Yes, but if Tony finds out she's doing it he's going to be irritated. Tony's emotions and thoughts are like how he talks, jumping from thing to thing to thing in bursts that are there half a second and gone the next. So he's a bit all over.
IF YES, what she might find: Guilt, worry, the fact he carries all his failures and traumas with him because what is letting go. I'll delve into stuff more if it comes up as we go.
IF NO, what type of block: He doesn't have a block of his own, but Kilgrave's controlled him in the past and F.R.I.D.A.Y. now has protocols for defense/offense in situations where Tony's showing abnormal brain activity/patterns/etc. If Tony is reading massively distressed by whatever's going on F.R.I.D.A.Y. will shut things down.
Can Wanda mentally manipulate your character? Maybe…? Some situations I'm open to it, but it'll essentially be a bridge burner in all, but the rarest of circumstances. Ask me if it comes up and we'll go over it.
Willing to develop CR plotting around shared thoughts in future? Yes, but anything that's not consensual ie he was asked first is going to go negative and badly.
Further notes if applicable: Wanda gets some leeway from Tony because his tech has killed her family...more than once lmao... So. That said Howard and Obadiah fucked him up pretty bad + all the Iron Man adventures so he's pretty twitchy about things involving feelings. Specifically his, but he doesn't connect real great to other peoples' either. Tl;dr idk shitshow.

IF NO, what type of block: She'll read a rage that's scorching like hellfire and can't be passed. Dialing into Robbie is not going to be pleasant.

Willing to develop CR plotting around shared thoughts in future? In the future if Robbie willingly lets her into his head at some point she can talk to Eli, but Eli has an opt-out for a reason so that'll be your call.
